Historic Standards Summit is a Success and Asks for Industry Comments

July 16, 2012 – The Process Serving Standards Summit held in Denver on July 10-11, 2012 was an historic event that for the first time brought together collection industry litigation professionals and process servers specializing in the collection industry.  The Summit attendees broadly supported the need to establish recommended process serving standards for the collection industry.  The attendees approved a draft of standards that will next go through a 30 day comment period.  The comments that are received will then be reviewed by the Summit Advisory Board with the goal to revise and finalize recommended process serving standards for the collection industry.
